South Carolina Real Estate License Courses – Get Your Real Estate License

Starting your career in South Carolina real estate is an exciting and rewarding journey! To become a licensed real estate professional, you’ll need to meet a few key requirements and complete the required coursework.

Step 1: Meet the Basic Requirements

✔️ Be at least 18 years old (or 17 if enrolled in the Career Achiever Class)
✔️ Have a high school diploma or a certificate of equivalency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Step 2: Complete the Required Education

📚 Unit I – Real Estate Principles (60 Hours)
This is your pre-licensing course, covering everything you need to know to start your real estate career. You can take this course:
✅ Virtually or in-person with one of our accredited instructors
✅ Choose from weekday, weeknight, weekend, or half-day classes to fit your schedule
✅ Self-paced online option available without an instructor or class materials

📚 Unit II – Advanced Real Estate Principles (30 Hours)
After completing Unit I, you'll move on to this required course to deepen your knowledge and prepare for the licensing process.

Step 3: Apply & Pass the Exam
