THIS COURSE SELECTION IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE TAKING BROKER A BY ITSELF AND NOT BUNDLED WITH BROKER B.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through the material, providing you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel as a licensed real estate broker.

Class meets at 1083 Harbor Drive, West Columbia, SC and in our virtual classroom. For virtual access, we use Adobe Connect, it's similar to Zoom but made for education.

You'll receive an email with class documents, details, and the virtual link a few days prior to class to be able to log in when class begins. Two 30 hour courses required to obtain the SC Broker's License - Broker A and Broker B.

Includes textbooks, which can be sent to you through USPS mail, or picked up at our 1083 Harbor Drive, West Columbia, SC location. If you would prefer your books shipped to you then just choose the shipping option when you check out.
