This 30 hour course is a requirement needed to receive your real estate salesman license. It must be completed before you can receive your license. Take it immediately following the Unit I course so you can become a professional as soon as possible!
Classes held at 4458 Augusta Road, Suite 1-D, Lexington SC 29073.
- Full Day courses meet Monday through Thursday, from 9:00am - 5:30pm for two weeks.
- Weekend courses meet Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00am - 5:30pm for four weekends. Generally this class meets for 2 weekends, then skips a weekend, and then meets for 2 more weekends.
