Real Estate Continuing Education
How many hours of continuing education do I need and how often must I complete it?
All South Carolina real estate licensees must complete 8 hours of continuing education once every two years, prior to midnight on June 30th. Of the eight hours, at least two hours must be a core course, the remaining 6 may by any LLR - Real Estate Commission approved elective you choose. There is now only one course that offers core credit, called 3D Real Estate: Duties, Disclosures & Diligence. Look for this course to make sure you meet the core requirement.
It's continuing education season! Make sure you fulfill the 8 hour requirement before June 30, 2012! This year’s mandatory core course is called 3D Real Estate.
