Training includes range fees, targets, handouts and all course material, including a Certificate of Training as designed by SLED and a NRA Certificate of Training. Each participant will need to bring the following to class: Pen/Pencil, 1.5” Looseleaf notebook, baseball cap, hearing protection, eye protection, waist belt and strong side holster. ( Due to safety precautions, cross-draw, shoulder, ankle and/or small-of -back holsters are not allowed.) You will also need at least 100 rounds of full power factory ammunition for the handgun you will be using. Please bring new purchased ammunition IN THE BOX. HANDLOADS are NOT authorized.

Completion of this class, DOES NOT authorize you to carry a concealed firearm. Upon graduation of this class and satisfactorily demonstrating both written and practical application skills, you MUST apply to SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) to become a CWP (Concealed Weapons Permit) holder. SLED requires a $50.00 cashiers check or money order with application.
