Important Information for property management Students:

We are proud to introduce our new "E-Book" policy for the Property Management licensing course! PLEASE BRING YOUR LAPTOP TO CLASS. We will issue you a CD that contains your textbook and all related handouts that will be used both during class and as homework/study aids as needed. If you DO NOT have a laptop that you can bring to class, please let us know in advance. We have a limited number of paper versions of the textbooks and materials. We are happy to provide you with the paper versions if you need them. However, our preference is to transition to the "E-Book" system for as many students as possible. If you desire to have BOTH a CD and the paper versions, there will be an additional charge of $45.
