Continuing Education for Mortgage Professionals The Real Estate School of South Carolina offers continuing education opportunities for mortgage professionals! We have been approved to offer specific titles for mortgage education by the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs. These courses are traditional, classroom based titles and are available during the Spring license renewal season in conjunction with our standard schedule of continuing education offerings for both real estate and appraisal. This class taught me a lot about real estate law,
