Broker Licensing

Own your own real estate company! As a broker, you are able to form your own firm and focus on the goals and service ideals that are important to you. If you're ready to go out on your own, or simply wish to move up to the broker's license level without becoming a broker in charge, our Broker A and B classes are for you!

Both Broker A and Broker B are required, along with the state licensing exam to obtain your broker's license (plus three years of licensure as a real estate salesman). Our curriculum covers the specific information you will need to pass the state exam and also provides an in-depth experience to help you understand what it takes to run an office.

Our Broker A course is THE brokerage management course designed specifically to provide you with the knowledge to launch your own successful real estate company. It is a practical, real-world course that requires no exit exam.

Our Broker B course is the traditional exam preparation course that Chip Browne has been teaching since 1982.

NOW FORMING BROKER CLASSES IN THE UPSTATE OF SC - BOTH A & B FOR $375!

Several of you have e-mailed us about possible Broker course offerings this fall and winter.  The Real Estate School of South Carolina will be running a special for these courses: $375 for BOTH Broker A and B!  If you only need to take one of the Broker courses, they will be the regular price of $275.  This would be a great time for those of you who are anticipating the possible move to a broker only state. 

We cannot tell you what an opportunity this is: great price, convenient times and locations, and a great instructor in Mark Wise. :-)  

The following class times are available: (We need a total of 10 individuals to sign up to have a course make in a particular location.)
   
GREENVILLE:
Days: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday--Thursday
Broker A: 11/30 through 12/3
Broker B: 12/7 through 12/10

SENECA:
Days: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday--Thursday
Broker A: 1/4 through 1/7
Broker B: 1/11 through 1/14

ANDERSON:
Weekends: 9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday/Sunday
Broker A: 1/9; 1/10; 1/16; 1/17
Broker B; 1/23; 1/24; 1/30; 1/31

Important Information for Broker Students:

We are proud to introduce our new "E-Book" policy for the Broker B licensing courses! PLEASE BRING YOUR LAPTOP TO CLASS. We will issue you a CD that contains your textbook and all related handouts that will be used both during class and as homework/study aids as needed. If you DO NOT have a laptop that you can bring to class, please let us know in advance. We have a limited number of paper versions of the textbooks and materials. We are happy to provide you with the paper versions if you need them. However, our preference is to transition to the "E-Book" system for as many students as possible. If you desire to have BOTH a CD and the paper versions, there will be an additional charge of $45.
