Apprenticeship Package - Here's How You Get Started!

Complete the first three courses (QE-1, QE-2, QE-3) and you will be able to start your apprenticeship! HP 10B II calculcator recommended.

QE-1: Basic Appraisal Principles. 30 hour course, textbook required: Basic Appraisal Principles. Tuition: $360 + $45 textbook.

QE-2: Basic Appraisal Procedures. 30 hour course, textbook required: Basic Appraisal Procedures. Tuition: $360 + $45 textbook.

QE-3: Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. 15 hour course, standard textbook and student manual required. Tuition: $225 + $75 textbooks.
