NEW ONLINE COURSES for Appraisal Continuing Education!

We're pleased to offer a variety of online and classroom courses for APPRAISAL CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT! You may activate these courses at any time, day or night! Our online course policies may be found by visiting our "FAQ" page!

FINALLY APPROVED BY THE APPRAISERS BOARD/LLR, appraisers are now allowed to complete continuing education classes via distance learning! These courses are exclusive in South Carolina to us here at the Real Estate School of South Carolina and cover hot topics like FHA/VA Appraisal and Mortgage Fraud. THE 7 HOUR USPAP COURSE IS ALSO AVAILABLE ONLINE!!

For courses taken from the Fast Class portal, after satisfactorily completing your online course, you are given the opportunity to print your course completion certificate directly from your own printer. If you are unable to print your certificate, please notify us by email at reschoolofsc@bellsouth.net or by telephone at (803) 791-3800 and we will be happy to mail a certificate to your home address.
