The Real Estate School of South Carolina offers training in a variety of professional disciplines. As a provider of educational services since 1977, we have prepared students to succeed in the areas of real estate, appraisal, home inspection, home building, property management, and insurance. And, while we have offered continuing education courses for mortgage professionals for a number of years, we will offer the required pre-license training as mandated by the SAFE Act of 2008 for mortgage professionals in the state of South Carolina. (NMLS Approved Course Provider, ID #1400126) Attention Returning Students: To better serve you, we've created a searchable database of all courses taken through our school. The online data begins with the year 2003 and goes forward through the present time. Need to know what classes you've taken? Click here and find out! |
