- Joyce Pipkin brings over 28 years of experience in mortgage lending. She has thirteen years of experience in underwriting management and fifteen years of experience in the development and delivery of training programs which, together with her MBA, makes her an outstanding instructor. As a residential mortgage consultant, instructional designer and facilitator, Joyce conducts state-approved residential lending education courses for corporate clients, training institutions and other industry organizations nationwide. She has worked within the mortgage lending industry for a number of organizations including Fannie Mae and Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation.
