- Irv teaches all levels of licensing, as well as continuing education courses. He has more than 20 years of real estate experience, including that of broker in charge of his own real estate company. He has extensive development and construction experience as vice president of a publicly traded corporation. Irv is proud that many of his students continue to call for advice and guidance long after receiving his/her license. He was invited by The Ginn Company to teach the South Carolina provisional sales course to Florida students at the prestigious $150,000,000 Hammock Beach Resort in St. Augustine, Florida.
