Ed Coleman, Instructor, Columbia and Sumter, SC

An amazing story-teller, Ed’s sense of humor makes even the most complex topic seem easy and interesting. Ed Coleman teaches in our Appraisal tract, offering instruction in L-3, USPAP Update, C-1, C-2, C-3 and several appraisal continuing education courses. Ed is an A.Q.B. Qualified Instructor through the Appraisal Foundation, and a staff member at the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and Appraisers Board. Ed is qualified to teach a wide variety of appraisal topics and brings a unique perspective to the classroom. Ed holds a Masters Degree and is a native of Alabama.
Ed’s licenses and certifications include: Alabama Real Estate Broker’s License, Alabama Real Estate Appraisers General Certification, Georgia Real Estate Appraisers General Certification, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, State of Georgia Instructor and Appraisal Instructor for the State of South Carolina. His experience includes serving as the Appraisal Compliance Coordinator and a Senior Investigator for the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board; staff appraiser for Metro Appraisals in Georgia and Estes Appraisal in Alabama; and owner of Southeastern Real Estate Services and General Manager of B&C Construction, both in Anniston, Alabama.
