We are thrilled to offer our students the most modern and spacious free-standing, privately owned real estate school facility in South Carolina. The whimsical choice of names for each of the four high-tech classrooms follows Chip and Melissa’s love of all things Caribbean. The Montego Bay, Cozumel, St. Kitt’s and Grand Cayman classrooms are each decorated with beautiful photographs from their tropical namesakes.
Free wireless internet access is available, along with a computer station in the break area for student use. Audiophiles will love the Altec-Lansing speakers deployed in every classroom to make the presentations come alive with first-rate surround sound.
Ample parking in the two adjacent lots means a short walk to class, and students never have to compete with an entire building of other businesses for a parking space!
Our fully stocked bookstore is ready to serve your needs with a wide variety of textbooks and study aids to make sure that you pass the exam on the first try! (You’ll find the bookstore located across from the Montego Bay classroom.)
A private courtyard is open during normal business hours; in fact, during a recent lunch break, a group of ladies from the daytime first year real estate class held a baby shower there for a fellow classmate!
Join us for class and you’ll appreciate the relaxing outdoor break area with our Charleston style park benches, placed under the shade trees. It’s the perfect place to study for your exam!
